I’m a senior product designer in Prague with 10 years of experience. I design SaaS platforms, CRM systems and the design systems behind them, and I use AI to work faster and build more.

Since March 2022, I’ve worked at 2FRESH, a product design agency. Through 2FRESH, I’ve designed for EUROWAG, a B2B logistics company, Nasdaq Private Market, the iOS Web 3.0 app Runwago and Enplix, part of MSD. Today I design SaaS and CRM software, including for highly regulated industries.

I focus on SaaS platforms, CRM systems and design systems. I also have deep experience in UX and research, so I can run a project from start to finish.

How I work

A simple process, with AI at every step.

AI doesn’t replace the thinking. It takes care of the slow parts, so I can spend more time with users and on the details that matter.

    Understand

    I talk to users and stakeholders and study how the product works today.

    AI helps me sort interview notes and spot patterns faster.

  2. 02

    Define

    Together we agree on the problem, the goals and what success looks like.

    AI helps me map user flows and draft requirements.

  3. 03

    Design

    I explore ideas, then design the screens and the system behind them.

    I explore more directions in less time and use real copy from day one.

  4. 04

    Qualitative research and user testing

    I interview users and test prototypes with them, then fix what doesn’t work.

    I build working prototypes with AI, so tests feel like the real product.

  5. 05

    Deliver

    I hand over a documented design system and support the team at launch.

    AI helps me write documentation and check the build against the design.
